We offer a variety of programs to introduce and support clients interested in Nordic Pole Walking.
First Steps Clinics are designed for those who have never Nordic Pole walked and want to learn the basics of Nordic Pole Walking. It is also for the beginner Nordic Pole walkers who want to work on their technique.
The Next Steps Clinics are designed for the Nordic Pole walker who has attended the First Steps Clinic and wants to learn more about the technique, stretches, and muscle conditioning with poles.
Nordic Pole Fitness Walks are designed for those who have taken the First Steps and Next Steps Clinics. The walks include a warm up, stretch, fitness walk, cool down, muscle conditioning exercises with poles and stretching. Group Fitness Walks are available throughout the Durham region and surrounding area.
