Products and Services:
Peggy provides education to groups through seminars and workshops, focusing on the health benefits of good quality nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
As a Nordic Pole Walking Master instructor Peggy provides clients with a workout program that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training. She trains her clients on how they can address and meet their individual fitness needs and goals. She also provides training for those who want to become Nordic Pole walking instructors and group leaders.
Early in 2016, Peggy was introduced to the “Human Performance Technology” of Voxx life products. Having personally experienced the benefits of Voxx products during Nordic Pole walks and everyday life, she decided to become a representative for Voxx Life Inc so that she could share these benefits with others.
In addition, Peggy enhances the health and wellness of her clients by educating them on the benefits of including 8-12 servings of a variety of fruits and vegetables into their diets. She represents Juice Plus to provide clients with a whole food supplement that provides 5 servings from 25 different fruits, vegetables and whole grains to bridge the gap of what they eat and what they should eat. She further enhances her client’s skin health by introducing them to the “Naturally” Skin Care products by Harmony in Health.
Peggy looks forward to “supporting you on your path to better health!”
